Lois Turpin Martin returned Home to her Heavenly Father peacefully on Ap r il 29, 2010.
She was born February 8, 1928 in Fairview, Utah to Randal L Turpin and L e ona Rickenbach.
She married Keith E. Martin March 6, 1948 with their marriage later sole m nized in the Salt Lake Temple.
Lois was very involved in her children’s activities and volunteered as t h e official scorekeeper for the Kearns National Baseball League for 13 y ea rs.
Lois was a dedicated employee. She retired from Mt. Bell after 33 year s o f service in 1984.
Lois was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her family was everythi n g to her and her greatest joy came from them Lois was an example to al l w ho knew her. With Christ like attributes of kindness, fairness, compa ssio n and charity.
She is survived by her loving and supportive husband, Keith, daughters ; J ulie (Kirby) Watson, Peggy (Marc) Bingham, son; Mark (Chris), 12 gran dchi ldren, 33 great-grandchildren, sister; Camille Bradshaw. She is prec ede d in death by her parents, mother Lois Turpin, beloved son Tony, 1 br othe r and 4 sisters.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 4th at 12 noon, at the Kear n s 4th Ward chapel, 4232 West 5015 South, with a viewing from 10:45-11: 4 5 . Interment will be at Redwood Memorial Cemetery, 6500 South Redwoo d Ro a d. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.memorialuta h.com
