- Obituary:
Rev. Paul David Crumley, Sr., 87, passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2014 , a t Emeritus in Harrisonburg.
He was born in Ewing, Va. and was a son of the late Landon and Ollie M a e Crumley.
Paul was a minister in the Church of the Brethren, he served in Brethr e n Volunteer Service, and served as a hospice chaplain for a number of y ea rs. He was a member of Montezuma Church of the Brethren. He graduate d fro m Bethany Biblical Seminary.
Surviving are his wife, Corinne Miller Crumley; two daughters, Ann C. Ch e rian and husband, Rev. Pulimmotil and Mary C. Forbes and husband, Steve n ; three sons, P. David Crumley Jr. and wife, Debbie, Mark A. Crumley a n d wife, Susan Todd, and Phillip C. Crumley. He is also survived by 10 g ra ndchildren; four great-grandsons and two sisters-in-law.
A memorial service will be at Montezuma Church of the Brethren at 2 p. m . Saturday, March 29, 2014, with the Rev. David R. Miller officiating . Bu rial will be private.
The family will receive friends Friday, March 28, 2014 from 6 to 8 p.m . a t Montezuma Church of the Brethren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Montezuma Chur c h of the Brethren 4937 Ottobine Rd. Dayton, VA 22821.
