HOYT B. WOOLLEY II
IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Hoyt Budge Woolley, II, 65, of Idaho Falls, passed aw a y October 6, 2005, at his home of natural causes.
He was born March 22, 1940, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Dr. Hoyt Budge Woo l ley and Harriett Ballif Squires Woolley. He grew up in Idaho Falls, att en ded O. E. Bell Junior High and graduated from Idaho Falls High School . H e also attended Idaho State University.
He married DeAnn Lee Rutledge June 29, 1960, in Pocatello, Idaho. They m a de their home in California for six years, Bartlesville, Oklahoma, fo r tw o years, then returned to Idaho Falls 35 years ago. He worked in fun ds ma nagement and budget coordination as Executive Manager of Budget For mulati on and Integration P.C.E.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He e n joyed golf, gardening, fishing, hunting, photography, computer, woodwor ki ng, and gourmet cooking. Some of Hoyt’s happiest hours were spent wit h hi s grandchildren, Ashleigh, Kris, Nick, Mathue, Cassandra, Rebecca, A bbrie lle, H. B., Elizabeth, and Ashlyn.

Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, October 13, 2005, at W o od Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge, with Bishop Cleo Geddes of the Idah o Fa lls LDS 28th Ward officiating.
