Ralph Woolley Chamberlain, 81, died in Salt Lake City, Utah, November 2 2 , 1995, of cardiac arrest.

He was born July 17, 1914 in Kanab, Utah, to Israel Hoyt and Ella Wooll e y Chamberlain. He was raised in Kanab. He served an LDS mission to th e Ce ntral States. He married Helen Berkhausen Franke of Salt Lake City i n th e Salt Lake LDS Temple, June 8, 1939. They have resided in Salt Lak e Cit y since 1940.He retired from Filtrol Chemical Company in 1976. He w as a s killed mechanic and millwright.

He was always active in the LDS Church. Services include bishopric of t h e Jordan Park Ward and High Council in the Cannon Stake. He was in char g e of canning projects, fund raising and Senior Citizen activities.

He and Helen loved to travel and enjoyed numerous trips with friends a n d relatives to the various parts of the world. They always enjoyed the i r activities with the Southern and Central States Missionary groups, a n d their "Kanab Gang."

He loved "The Gospel" and found great joy through financial and moral su p port to his (six thus far) missionary grandsons. He was generous with t im e and talents, enjoyed working in his yard and garden, sharing produc e wi th friends and family. He was always ready to help his family and fr iend s with building projects, mechanical problems. His family and friend s wil l remember his loving care and devotion for his sweetheart, Helen , durin g these past several difficult years of her life.

He is survived by his wife; two sons, Gary Franke (Judy Murdock), Sout h J ordan; Ronald Ralph (Cheryl Watson), Park City; and a daughter, Caro l (Ma rvin Boase), West Valley City. He has 11 grandsons, four granddaugh ters , and three great-granddaughters.

He is also survived by a sister, Lucille (Garn Perkins) of Kanab, Utah ; b rothers and sisters-in-law, Paul and Helen Franke; Ray and Louise Fra nke , Salt Lake; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death b y hi s parents; a brother and sister, Hoyt Chamberlain (Kathryn), and Har riet t Jones (Uriah).

Services will be held at the Cannon 6th Ward, 934 West Fremont Avenue (1 1 00 So.), Salt Lake City. Friends may call at the Evans & Early Mortuar y , 574 East 1st South, Sunday 6 to 8 p.m. and Monday at the chapel, 11 a .m . until time of services. Interment, Salt Lake City Cemetery.

Randy passed away on January 23, 2020 at his home surrounded by his fami l y.

Randy was born on November 18, 1942 in Idaho Falls, Idaho to Eldon I a n d Fontell Clifford Hebdon. Following the death of Eldon in WWII, he wa s r aised by his mother and step father, Don C Messervy. He lived in Idah o Fa lls, Orem, Brigham City, Ogden, and Sunset, Ut. He graduated from Bo x Eld er High School.

He served an LDS Mission in Northwestern States Mission 1962-1964. Upo n h is return he married Sharon Kaye Duncan, Nov 13, 1964 in Orem Utah, t he y were sealed in the Ogden Temple May 4, 1974.

Randy was a professional truck driver for over 40 years and enjoyed part i cipating in semi-truck rodeo’s and truck shows. He also assisted with t h e Drivers Ed Program in the area High Schools teaching student’s safet y a round semi-trucks. His joy was watching two sons and a nephew followi ng i n his footsteps of truck driving. After retiring from truck driving , he f inished up his career as a Pilot Car driver.

He was a member of the Ogden 15th ward and later the Sunset 3rd and 7 t h wards. He served as a Sunday School President and most recently a ho m e teacher. He has a strong testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ an d sh ared it numerous times during his driving career.

Randy is survived by his children: Shelly (Rob) Stiffler-Saratoga Spring s , Sean (Kodi Hendricks) Hebdon, Sunset, Andra (Ryan) Thorne - Clearfiel d . Grandkids: Braden and Kemauri Hebdon, RyLeigh, Duncan, Amylee Thorne , K ayden, Annie, Faith, Kira Hendricks. Two Great-grandchildren Jonas an d Ho lly. 1 nephew and 1 niece Dan Norris and Cindy Norris, Serria Vista , Az.

Preceded in death by his wife Sharon, son Ryan I and his parents, a sist e r Sandra and brother-in-law Paul.

Graveside services will be held at 11:30 AM on Tuesday, January 28, 20 2 0 at the Syracuse City Cemetery. A viewing will be held prior at 10:0 0 -1 1:00 AM at Myers Mortuary 5865 S 1900 W Roy, Utah.

Rasmus N. Jensen

SIGURD, Sevier County April 29 -- Rasmus N. Jensen, 72, died at his ho m e in Sigurd Thursday at 1:30 a.m. following a short illness.

He was born May 1, 1875 at Parowan, a son of Rasmus and Annie Margaret N i elsen Jensen. He married Amelia Nielsen Oct. 16, 1895, at Richfield.

Surviving are his widow and seven sons and three daughters, Earon A. Jen s en, Crescent, Salt Lake county; Marion R., Floyd J. and Lloyd E. Jense n , Sigurd; Eldon L. Jensen, Murray; Golden D. Jensen, Richfield; Elmo E . J ensen, Ogden; Mrs. Ila M. Carter, Sigurd; Mrs. Irma A. Monroe, Salt L ak e City; Mrs. Mida W. Bertola, Price; a brother, Joseph Jensen, Sandy ; 3 6 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 2 pm. in the Sigurd ward ch a pel, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, by Thad Nebeker, bish op . Raymond Riggs Stewart died November 4, 1995, from Parkinson's Diseas e a t his home in Orem. He was born August 5, 1910, a son of Scott Peas e an d Myrtle Maiben Stewart in Provo, Utah. He married Ava Beckstrand o n Nove mber 13, 1934, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.

Ray attended Brigham Young University and the University of Utah. He w a s known by many as the "Father of Skiing" in Utah County. He pioneered , d esigned and constructed Timp Haven Ski Resort (now known as Sundance) . H e taught skiing at Sundance and Snowbird Ski Resort for many years.

He was honored by the University of Utah Ski Archives as one of the foun d ers of the seven ski resorts that began in the 1940's in the Intermount ai n West. He was recognized by Sundance Ski Resort for having a ski trai l n amed "Ray's Rt the resort. He is featured by BYU in a recent video, " Befo re Sundance" to be aired November 26 at 9 p.m. Ray won many ski race s i n his later years, the last race he competed in was at the age of 79 . H e was a member of the 70+ Ski Club and a member of the Wasatch Mounta in C lub and Timpanagos Mountain Club. He organized the civilian Defens e Ski C orp for Mountain Rescue during World War II. He also enjoyed trav eling an d spent time in Mexico, Canada, Japan, and Europe. He enjoyed bo ating, fi shing, and hunting, but his favorite place to be was on his par ent's home stead lot in Provo Canyon at Aspen Grove.

Ray was an active member of the LDS Church; some of his callings include d : Ward Financial Clerk (which he served under three bishops), High Prie s t Counselor, Teacher in Auxiliaries, Home Teacher, Provo Temple Worke r (B aptistry). He served with his wife in the Manchester, England Missio n.

Survivors include his wife, Ava B. Stewart, his children: Barbara Stewa r t Uibel, JoAnn Stewart Lewis, R. Craig Stewart and Suzan Kay Stewart Yo un g. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, on e b rother and two sisters: S. Paul Stewart, Bonnie Stewart Mulloney an d Donn a Stewart Hanneman. He was preceded in death by his parents, one b rothe r and three sisters.

Reba Adams Bracken, age 86, passed away December 4, 2010, in St. Georg e , Utah.

She was born in Washington, Utah, on July 21, 1924, to Claude Jordan Ada m s and Myrtle Tullis.

She married Ronald Wallace Bracken on October 21, 1941 in Las Vegas, Nev a da. They were sealed later in the St. George LDS Temple. They started t he ir married life together working in Southern California. While Ronal d ser ved in WWII, Reba came back to Southern Utah where, after the war , they r aised their family together. They were the best of friends.

Reba loved to laugh with people. She loved her family and spent countle s s hours caring for and laughing with her grandchildren and great-grandc hi ldren. Her love and kindness extended far beyond her family. She quiet l y fed and clothed hundreds of friends and strangers without saying a wo rd .

Reba loved being on Kolob Mountain. This was a special place for her whe r e she felt closer to heaven than anywhere on earth. She enjoyed many su mm ers with family and friends on the mountain and worked hard to mak e i t a place where all felt welcome and loved.

Reba will be fondly remembered for wonderful cooking, an avid fan of t h e Utah Jazz, and her contagious laugh. She had the gift of making peop l e feel loved.

She is survived by her 3 children, Ronald (Lynda) Bracken of St. Georg e , Brenda Sanderson of Bloomington and Delwyn Bracken of St. George; 1 3 gr andchildren, 31 great-grandchildren with one on the way and 6 great- great -grandchildren; and her brother, Larry Adams of Washington, UT. Sh e is pr eceded by her parents; her husband; her brothers, Brant and Blai n e Adams ; her sister, Bonnie Milne; and great-grandson, Weston Morrell.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 9, 2010, at Noon at Spi l sbury Mortuary, 110 S. Bluff St. in St. George.

Friends may call before the services from 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. at the sam e l ocation.

Interment will take place in the Washington Cemetery.

Rev. Paul David Crumley, Sr., 87, passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2014 , a t Emeritus in Harrisonburg.

He was born in Ewing, Va. and was a son of the late Landon and Ollie M a e Crumley.

Paul was a minister in the Church of the Brethren, he served in Brethr e n Volunteer Service, and served as a hospice chaplain for a number of y ea rs. He was a member of Montezuma Church of the Brethren. He graduate d fro m Bethany Biblical Seminary.

Surviving are his wife, Corinne Miller Crumley; two daughters, Ann C. Ch e rian and husband, Rev. Pulimmotil and Mary C. Forbes and husband, Steve n ; three sons, P. David Crumley Jr. and wife, Debbie, Mark A. Crumley a n d wife, Susan Todd, and Phillip C. Crumley. He is also survived by 10 g ra ndchildren; four great-grandsons and two sisters-in-law.

A memorial service will be at Montezuma Church of the Brethren at 2 p. m . Saturday, March 29, 2014, with the Rev. David R. Miller officiating . Bu rial will be private.

The family will receive friends Friday, March 28, 2014 from 6 to 8 p.m . a t Montezuma Church of the Brethren.

Richard A. Fuller, age 68, of Erie, passed away on Friday, September 2 9 , 2017 at his residence. He was born in Erie on May 23, 1949, a son o f th e late Arthur Fuller and Anna May Pogue Fuller Vogt.

He attended Wattsburg High School. He served in the United States Mari n e Corps, 4th Division and was a recipient of the Purple Heart Medal, Na ti onal Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Me dal , Combat Action Ribbon and Rifle Marksmanship Ribbon, while serving f ro m 1967 to 1969. Throughout his life, he worked as a contractor, runnin g a nd operating his own business. He was a member of the American Legion , El mer C. Carrier Post #365.

Richard enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and hunting. He enjoyed time spe n t with his family, especially his grandkids. He had a huge sense of hum o r that set him apart from everybody else and was always laughing and jo ki ng. He loved his pets dearly and gave a new meaning to “man’s best fri end ” with every dog he met.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Ar t hur and Robert Fuller; a step-sister, Joan Vogt.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Kathy Zmyslinski Fuller, of Eri e ; four sons, Richard Fuller, Jr., Bob Fuller, wife Jen, Frank Fuller, w if e Andrea and Christopher Fuller; three step-sons, Alex Cessna, wife Lo ri , Bill Cessna, wife Sue and Scott Cessna, Fiancée Erin; 19 grandchildr e n and four great-grandchildren; four sisters, Jean Overton, husband How ar d, of Tennessee, Nancy Woodcock, husband Ken, of Wattsburg, Bonnie All en , husband Chuck, of Georgia and Dianna Louis, husband Tom, of Erie; th re e brothers, James Fuller, wife Lynn, George Fuller, wife Lori, all o f Eri e and Elmer Fuller, wife Arlene, of Lincolnville, Pa.; sister-in-la w, Kat hleen Fuller and many nieces and nephews.

Richard H. Bodily ~ November 15, 1939 - September 18, 2015
'A Celebration of Life' Richard H. Bodily, 75, died Friday, Sept. 18, 20 1 5, in Logan, Utah. He was born Nov. 15, 1939, to Lawrence Cole Bodily a n d Mary Henderson Bodily and was raised in Whitney, Idaho, on the famil y f arm.

He served a mission for the LDS Church in the Northwestern States. Aft e r his mission he enrolled in the military and served in the National Gu ar d during the Vietnam War. Richard attended BYU where he studied electr oni cs and became a true BYU fan. He was employed at Logan Regional Hospi ta l as an electronic technician until he retired in 2009.

Richard loved to learn. Science and history were his favorite topics, a n d he tried to pass this knowledge onto his grandchildren. He would sa y al most daily, "I have learned something new today." Richard also love d ar t and has done many paintings in oils, pencil and charcoal. He als o love d dancing, and that is where he met Deanna Fairbourn, his love an d eterna l companion.

They have three children. Scott (Andrea) Bodily, Charlene (Clint) Macka y , Ryan (Jennifer) Bodily. Seven grandchildren, Kaden, Amber, Kaleb, Con ne r, Cole, Airika and Tate. Richard is survived by two brothers and a si ste r. Robert (Christine) Bodily, Gordon (Lynette) Bodily, Karen (Ray) Th omps on and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his pare nts L awrence and Mary Bodily, a brother Merlin, and a sister Arlene.

Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 26, 201 5 i n the Foothill 2nd Ward Chapel, 1450 E. 1500 North, North Logan, Uta h . Richard Hadley Cochenour, Jr, age 51 of Mesa, Arizona returned home to t h e loving arms of his Mother and Father on October 17, 2015. Richard wa s b orn October 17, 1964 in Mesa to Bobby Laree and Richard Hadley Cochen our , Sr.

Richard grew up in Mesa and graduated from Westwood High School in 198 3 . His youth was spent usually at the lakes fishing with his family. Ri c h will be most remembered for his loving caring nature. He always had t im e for everybody. His interests and passions were fishing and playing s oft ball. Rich touched the lives of everyone he met. He was a devoted fat he r and cared deeply about his family, whether that family was his own f ami ly, his extended family or his scouting family which came later in hi s li fe. When he became Scout Master his devotion to the Boy Scouts becam e hi s passion.

Rich is preceded in death by his parents Richard Hadley Cochenour Sr. a n d Bobby Laree James Cochenour. Rich is survived by his son Zackary Coch en our age 17 and daughter Valarie Cochenour age 6. Richard is also survi ve d by siblings Trisha and Wayne Rogers, Roxana Ooten, Connie and Jeff M orr is, Janna and Douglas Westbrook, Harriet Hamilton, Joan and Tony Web b an d Rob and A'Lece Cochenour.

We will miss his enthusiasm, his smile and his dedication.

Richard LaVar Whipple, 76, Salt Lake City, Utah, passed away in his ho m e on April 19, 1999 surrounded by his family, after a courageous battl e w ith cancer.

Richard was born on April 27, 1922 in Roosevelt, Utah, the third chil d o f Dewey Albert Whipple and Jennie Smith. Married Loa Mildred Richard s o n March 23, 1947 in Las Vegas, Nevada. They were sealed in the Salt L ak e Temple on March 20, 1950. Served in the Navy during World War II i n th e SeeBees. Upon his return, attended the University of Utah and in 1 947 , founded the Richard Whipple Plumbing and Heating Company. In busine ss , he was respected for his Honesty, Integrity and the Craftsmanship o f hi s work.

He was a devoted Husband and Father. His devotion to his Family and th e C hurch are shown in every aspect of his life. His love for the Lord wa s ma nifest in his service in the Church where he served four missions, i nclud ing two stake missions, a calling with his wife to the Peoria Illin ois Mi ssion and 15 months with the Family to Family Book of Mormon Progr am. H e also served in various positions ranging from Nursery Leader to h is ser vice in the Bishopric of the 29th Ward and two terms on the High C ounci l of the Salt Lake Riverside Stake. Much of his service was with th e yout h, where his influence was felt in many aspects of their lives. H e love d life and all of Gods creations.

He enjoyed Traveling, Photography, Painting, Pottery, Scuba Diving, Ball r oom Dancing, Wood Working, Skiing, Hiking, Backpacking, Geology, Bird W at ching and Botany, and sharing his knowledge of these things with his n in e children, 31 grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren as well a s sco uts, youth, and anyone willing to join him on his excursions.

Richard is survived by his wife of 52 years, Mildred, daughters, Diann e D alton, Karen (Dave) Suisse, Linda (Bryan) Drake, and Bonnie Whipple , an d sons, Michael, Arlyn, Kent (Janele), Mark (Joni), Gary (Cindy), 3 1 gran dchildren, and four great-grandchildren.

Richfield, Utah - Harold Alexander Boyter, age 86, passed away at his ho m e in Richfield on Tuesday, January 28, 2020. Harold was born on Apri l 16 , 1933 to Carlisle and Julia LeFevre Boyter in Panguitch, Utah. He g radua ted from Panguitch High School with the class of 1951. He travele d to Ric hfield in search of employment and found a job at Christensen Ma chine an d Supply as a welder. It was there that he met Reta Jean Christe nsen. The y were married on September 2, 1952 in the Manti LDS temple. To gether the y raised 4 sons and 1 daughter. Harold was a hard worker. H e started a w elding business in 1955 with his brother George where he wo rked for mos t of his life. From 1959 through 1987 he also operated a Har ley-Davidso n dealership. Harold loved to collect vises, and enjoyed yar d work. He e specially loved spending time teaching his sons how to wor k with him. H e could fix anything except the crack of dawn. Harold is s urvived by hi s wife, Reta Jean Boyter; his sons: Boyd Boyter, Chris (Kar en) Boyter, Ka rl (Ronda) Boyter, and Brice Boyter, all of Richfield; 1 5 grandchildren a nd 18 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death b y both of his paren ts; a daughter: Tasha Boyter; a grandaughter: Laure n Haaga; brothers: Mil ton Boyter, George Boyter, and Clinton Boyter; sis ters: Julia Steel, Neuc ile Henrie, and Belle Smith. RIVERDALE --- Lloyd Raymond Wagner, 91, of 1050 W. 6100 S., died Frida y , Feb. 19, 1988 at an Ogden nursing home of causes incident to age .

He was born 26 August 1896 in Plymouth, Neb., a son of John Henry and Fa n nie Cedelia (Reader) Wagner.

Lloyd married (1) Flossie Belle Ellis. They were later divorced. He marr i ed
(2) Mrs. Lydia Marie (Beckstead) Swanner. She later died. He marrie d
(3) Mrs. Sarah (DeYoung) Saunders on March 8 1974 in Ogden .

He was a member of the LDS Riverdale 8th Ward, and a member of the C.F . W . Barracks #1011. He was a veteran of World War 1, serving with the U . S . Army. He moved from Nebraska to Idaho, then from Idaho to Utah, bu t mos t of his formative years were spent in Idaho. He was active in Bo y Scout s most of his life. He had held various positions in the LDS Chur ch. He w as an Ogden Temple worker from Aug. 14, 1975 to Sept. 2, 1978 .

Lloyd had worked for Hill Air Force Base and Dugway Proving Grounds reti r ing from Hill AFB at the age of 70 years .

He had traveled all over the United States, Canada and Mexico. He enjoy e d camping, fishing and hunting.

Surviving are his widow of Riverdale, two sons and three daughters: Wesl e y Wagner of Golden Dale, WA; Robert Wagner of South Dakota; Mrs. (Paul) Ve rna) Morgan of Lancaster, CA; Mrs. Jack (Ida) Krussell of Clearfield ; Fra nces Richards of Lancaster, CA; one step-son, Wayne George Saunder s of Ca stle Rock, CO; three step-daughters, Mrs. Clyde (Shirley) Moss o f Ogden ; Mrs. Kenneth (Marion) West of Roy, UT; and Mrs. Chester (Barbar a) Fortu na of Clearfield, UT. He was also survived by 36 grandchildren , 104 great -grandchildren; and 52 great-great-grandchildren .

He was preceded in death by 2 brothers, 6 sisters, and 2 grandchildren .

Services will be held Monday at 11 am at Leavitt's Chapel of Flowers Mor t uary, 838 38th Street. Friends may call at the mortuary Sunday fro m 6 t o 8 pm and from 9:45 until 10:45 am on Monday .

Interment will be in Leavitt's Aultorest Memorial Park (Ogden, UT).

Bob was born on April 13, 1922 to John Moffitt Stewart and Vida Elizabe t h Riding Stewart in St. George, Utah. He was raised in LaVerkin, Uta h b y his mother and step-father, Junius J. Duncan.
Bob served in the U.S. Navy and was trained in radio construction and re p air, and radio communications. He served in Europe, France, Italy and N or th Africa on a small landing craft control, manned by only seven men . I n North Africa he was able to work in an office as secretary to an of fice r on base. He was sent to San Diego, California for a short time a s ship' s company typist secretary. From there he was sent to the South P acific a rena on the destroyer USS Strong where he saw battle action tha t affecte d him throughout his life. Though he never discussed the detail s of the a ction he saw, he was proud of the time he was in the service o f the Unite d States and often made mention of the fact that he served o n the USS Str ong.
Following his service he moved back to LaVerkin to work. He met a cute y o ung girl from Enterprise, Verda Louise Terry, and they were married i n th e St. George LDS Temple on July 31, 1946. Bob completed electricia n schoo ling in Provo, Utah. While looking for permanent work, Bob and Ve rda move d back to LaVerkin and then moved to Enterprise and to Acoma, Ne vada to w ork with Union Pacific Railroad. Within a few years, they settl ed in St . George where they raised their family.
After working for several different companies, Bob was a custodian for t h e St. George Post Office for a time, but his abilities as repairman/ele ct rician eventually led him to work with Pickett Lumber Company where h e be came known as a great "fix anything" repairman. Later, he was awarde d a c ontract to maintain the Federal Office Building in St. George. Afte r work ing there several years, the government changed the contract statu s of hi s employment and Bob was hired as maintenance engineer at the Hil ton Inn , where he worked for eight years before retiring.
Bob always served in the LDS church. He was ordained an elder before h i s service in the Navy. After the war he served as stake missionary, sev en ty, and high priest group secretary, instructor, and historian. He wa s th rilled when he and Verda received their mission call to Portland, Or ego n in 1988. They enjoyed making friends with missionaries, members, an d no n-members in Sweet Home, Oregon for the time that they were there. U pon t heir return, they were called as ordinance workers in the St. Georg e LD S Temple, where they served until they were unable to continue.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Beth; brother, Evan (w h o died in childhood); and one grandson, Jacob Stewart. He is survive d b y his wife, Verda; sisters, Grace Church and LaRee Campbell; childre n Lin da (Lynn) Stout of Bloomington, Utah, Paul Stewart of Ogden, Utah , Gail ( Bruce) Christensen of Kaysville, Utah, June (David) Jeffery of L aVerkin , Utah and Howard (Debra) Stewart of Henderson, Nevada; 19 grandc hildren ; and 33 great-grandchildren.
Bob loved living in St. George and had many friends. As life got too dif f icult to manage "on their own", Bob and Verda were moved to the Beehiv e H ouse in Hurricane, Utah in December 2012 where they were able to rece iv e care and support necessary for their aging years. Dad missed the St . Ge orge friends and sitting on his front porch across from the park, wh ere h e could visit with passers-by. He always worked with his hands an d if the re was anything to fix, he was working on it - if it could be fi xed he co uld do it. He was a good example to his children to hang on an d never giv e up, of a good work ethic, and being responsible for your ac tions. Bob w as always early with assignments and to meetings and was kno wn for that " hurry and get it done" ethic. The family is grateful to th e caring staf f and residents at the Beehive Home, the caring members o f the Hurrican e 15th ward, and St. George 10th ward, beloved friends i n their St. Georg e neighborhood that was their home for over 57 years, a nd many others wh o assisted in taking care of Bob's and Verda's needs a s they aged. Caregi vers throughout the years include nurses, aides and m edical professional s from Southern Utah Home Health, the Five County Ass ociation of Governme nts, Applegate Home Health, and Dixie Home Health an d Hospice.

Robert Clair Neel 1927 ~ 2006 Robert Clair Neel, age 79, our beloved fat h er, grandfather, and brother, died on Oct. 4, 2006 from complication s a s a result of a fall. He was born on May 21, 1927 in Park City, Uta h to J ohn Clair Neel and Mary Elizabeth Turnbow .

He married his eternal companion, Constance Irene Lund, on August 13, 19 5 1 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Bob attended South Summit High School a n d graduated from the University of Utah with bachelors and later a mast er ’s degree in education. A school teacher for more than 30 years in th e Gr anite School district, he touched the lives of numerous students wit h a t eaching style that mixed a disciplined classroom with abundant fun . Our f ather taught the value of hard work by example. He founded a prin ting bus iness that he operated for many years in the early morning and e vening af ter teaching to provide for his family.

A devoted member of the LDS church, he fulfilled an LDS mission as a you n g man in the North Central States, and later served with his wife in t h e Philippines Naga mission and in several service missions at LDS Chur c h Headquarters. He spent countless hours transcribing tens of thousand s o f names for family extraction work.

A man of many talents and great generosity with an uncanny ability to f i x almost anything, Bob was always ready to help a neighbor or friend i n n eed. He was an expert fly fisherman who enjoyed tying his own flies . He l oved fishing Utah's mountain streams and declared that his last fi shing t rip with his brother Glen was the best of his life. While we ar e saddene d by his passing, we rejoice in a life well-lived and a gloriou s reunio n with his wife of 55 years who died three years ago nearly to t he day.

He is survived by his six children, Robert (Gloria) of Chattanooga, TN ; S tuart (Trina) of Herndon, VA; Valeri Stewart (Scott) of Sandy, UT; Pe gg y Perkins of Salt Lake City, UT; Trent (Valene) of Dayton, OH; and Eli s e Horne (Marc) of Draper, UT; 20 grandchildren and six great- grandchil dr en, three brothers and two sisters. H e was born March 21, 1937 in Park City, Utah to Anna Ivins Snow and D r. T homas Earl Clements. He was the youngest of five children. He marrie d Mar yAnn Staples August 4, 1958 and they had three children. They wer e late r divorced. He then married Myra Bradley Henrie November 8, 1976 , where h e welcomed her four children into his family. He graduated fro m East Hig h School in 1956. Roger graduated from the U of U College of P harmacy i n 1962. While in college he was a member of the Sigma Chi Frate rnity an d was an active member of the student branch of APhA. He practic ed as a p harmacist in the Salt Lake Valley for 37 years, retiring in 199 9. He serv ed as president of the SL Regional Pharmaceutical Associatio n and also a s president of the Utah Pharmaceutical Association in 1985 . He was a memb er of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, wh ere he was activ e in the scouting program. Roger, who was known as "Blui e" to his huntin g and fishing buddies, enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing , skiing, and pho tography. An important part of his life was spending ti me with his famil y and friends. The family wishes to express their thank s to the nurses an d doctors of St. Marks Hospital. Ronald Waldo Thurber, 84, of Boise, passed away peacefully at home surro u nded by family on Saturday, July 31, 2021.

Ron was born in Boise, Idaho to Waldo and Evian (Seetin) Thurber. Growi n g up in the North End of Boise, Ron enjoyed a great Childhood visitin g fa mily in Boise, Emmett, and McCall. Ron was the eldest brother to Gar y, Ka ren, and Rick. After graduating Boise High School in 1955, Ron atte nded U niversity of Idaho as a member of Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity. He p ut hi s education on hold to serve a Mission for the Church of Jesus Chri st o f Latter-Day Saints in the French-Belgium Mission for 2 ½ years. Upo n hi s return from Europe, he returned to the U of I to complete his bach elor’ s degree in architecture.

During his later school years, Ron’s good friend introduced him to his “ G erman Sister”, Rena Schartner who quickly became the love of his life . Th ey married in the Salt Lake Temple September 12th, 1961. With his wi fe, R on graduated from University of Idaho and then relocated to Berkley , Cali fornia to complete his master’s degree in landscape architecture . Post -G raduation, Ron and Rena took an extended vacation to travel thr ough Europ e, camping in a Volkswagen Beetle for almost 3 months.

Returning from Europe, they relocated to the Haight Ashbury district o f S an Francisco where they welcomed their first daughter, Christina. Whi le w orking as an architect, Ron built their first home during evenings a nd we ekends on the cliffs of Sausalito overlooking the bay. While livin g in Ca lifornia, they welcomed the arrival of their second daughter, Hei di.

After an opportunity arose to work in Boise, Ron relocated his family ba c k to his hometown to stay. Ron eventually started his own architectura l f irm, Ronald Thurber and Associates. In Boise they welcomed the birt h of t heir son, Ryan. For five years, they also welcomed Celeste Grant i nto the ir home as another daughter through an exchange program. Ron an d Rena lov ingly raised their children and found joy in doing so.

Ron became a very active member in the community of Boise. He served o n v arious committees, joined the Kiwanis Club, and was a lifetime membe r o f the Horseless Carriage Club of America. Ron also expanded his hobbi es i n antique automobiles, music boxes, toys, and historic buildings. An y vis itors to their home would be treated to a concert while Ron playe d his pi ano, pipe organ, or fiddle. Weather permitting, they would end t he evenin g by taking a quick trip in one of his antique cars.

As an active member of his church, Ron served in many capacities. His fa v orite callings were working with youth as a Seminary Teacher or Young M e n ’s Leaders. He served as Bishop of the 3rd Ward in Boise as well a s i n the Stake Presidency of the Boise South Stake. Work and Service lat er m ixed when he was able to be the local architect of the Boise LDS Tem p le , one of his career highlights. Later in life, Ron and Rena were cal led t o serve as the Directors of the Winter Quarters Visitors Center i n Omah a Nebraska, another highlight of their life. Their excitement at s ervin g spilled over into the local community - Ron became famous for bui ldin g a scale model of the main Catholic Cathedral in Omaha, all in ging erbre ad.

After serving their mission they returned back to Boise. Ron built his d r eam retirement home off of Boise Avenue. Ron was frequently seen drivi n g around town in one of his antique automobiles, including his favorit e s team powered cars.

He is survived by his loving wife Rena (Schartner) Thurber, his childr e n Tina (Jeff) Erekson, Heidi (Randy) Kennedy, Ryan (Jessica) Thurber , 1 5 grandchildren, 14 Great grandchildren, with more on the way. Ron i s als o survived by his younger siblings, Gary Thurber (Vicki), Karen Duf fy (Da le, deceased), and Rick Thurber (Jinny).

The family would like to thank Trinity (Alicia and Erica) and Doctors Ho s pice of Idaho for the tender loving care shown and received.

Ross LaMar Smith, 65, of Idaho Falls, died Sept. 5, 1999, at Columbia Ea s tern Idaho Regional Medical Center of a heart attack.
He was born Jan. 10, 1934, in Parker, Idaho, to Eva Lou Grover Brown a n d Hyrum Brown. He grew up and was educated in Chester and St. Anthony . H e served with the U.S. Army for 221/2 years, including the Vietnam Wa r wi th the 116th Engineers Battalion. He was overseas before he was 18 y ears , and had also served tours of duty in Korea and Japan.
On May 6, 1977, he married Jennet Rawson in Evanston, Wyo. She died Fe b . 24, 1994. He had lived in Idaho Falls for the past 23 years, and work e d as the boiler operator at Idahoan Foods from 1977 through 1996.
He enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing, and he loved picking huckleberri e s and spending time with his miniature Doberman, Missy. He was the bes t d addy in the world to all his girls and his grandchildren: LaRae, Tyle r, C assie, James Ross and Daniel.
Survivors include three daughters, Lynette (Patrick) Brown of Wilbur, Wa s h., Sandy Winger of Coltman, Idaho, and Paula (James) Williams of Idah o F alls; two brothers, Ernest (Verlene) Grover of Roy, Utah, and Lloyd ( Lara ine) Smith of Helena, Mont.; two sisters, Jean (Earl) Siddoway of Te ton , Idaho, and LuRae (Gene) Davids of Ammon, Idaho; and five grandchild ren . He was preceded in death by his parents.
Graveside services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. in Fielding Memorial Pa r k in Idaho Falls, with military rites performed by the Bonneville Coun t y Veterans Team. Roy was born February 8, 1952 to Francis Glade and June Bennett Johnso n i n Fillmore, UT.

Married Patsy Robison Johnson on December 11, 1980 in the Manti Temple.

Roy taught school at the Fillmore Elementary School for thirty-four yea r s and found great joy in his students.

Survived by his wife Patsy, children Katie Oldroyd, Nate and Heather Joh n son; grandsons, Benson Oldroyd, Kaison Johnson; all of Fillmore, Utah . Pr eceded in death by his parents, and twin brother Ray.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 25, 2011 at 11:00 a. m . in the Fillmore First and Fourth Chapel (330 East 500 South). Ruby Napper Price Larsen, 77, died Sunday at Norwalk California.

She was born April 25, 1896 in Logan, a daughter of Cyrus and Mary Jan e H ale Napper. She married Robert L. Price August 27, 1913 in the Loga n LD S Temple. He died in February of 1964.

She later married E.N. Larsen, November 23, 1968.

Surviving are her husband of Long Beach, California; sons and daughter s , Robert N. Jr, William N. And Clair N. Price all of Downey, Idaho, Mr s . Delbert (Mary) Alvey, Lewiston, Mrs. Dee (Betty) Bassett, Wellsville , a nd Paul R. Price, Long Beach, California, 23 grandchildren, 30 great- gran dchildren, three brothers, George Napper, Salt Lake City, Sid Napper , Sa n Diego California and Russell Napper, Logan.

Also surviving are the following stepsons and stepdaughters, Lyle Larse n , San Clemente, California, Wayne, Temple City, California, Mrs. Erni e (V erla) Groll, Denver, Mrs. Noreen Pond, Oroville, California, Dean o f Kays ville, and Mrs. Edris Ward, Alexandria, VA.

Mrs. Larsen a former resident of Wellsville 1st Ward, was recognized f o r her talent in music, playing the piano, accordion, and organ. She ha d p layed in the Price Family Dance Band, and had been active in church a uxil iaries. She was a member of the Peter Maughan Camp, Daughters of Uta h Pio neers.

Funeral Services will be conducted Thursday noon in Wellsville Tabernacl e , with Bishop Kay Anderson of the 1st Ward conducting. Friends may cal l a t Hall Mortuary in Logan Wednesday from 7 to 9 pm and Thursday from 1 0:3 0 to 11 30 am. Burial will be in Wellsville.

Russell Gardner Williams passed away in the early morning on May 7, 20 1 4 . He was born March 19, 1929 in Salt Lake City to Lewis Thomas Willi a m s a nd Lucile Gardner Williams. He shared a happy Childhood growin g u p i n th e Avenues of Salt Lake with his older brother, Keith and you nge r sis ter, Marie. He attended Ensign Elementary, Bryant Junior High a nd E ast H ig h in Salt Lake City.

From 1948 - 1950, he served as a missionary in the New England State s M i s sion for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. On Jun e 25 , 1 95 1, he married Dorothy Russell in the Salt Lake Temple. They w ere m arri e d for 62 years and are the parents of five children. He grad uate d wi t h a degree in History from the University of Utah in 1952.

Russell served faithfully in his church as a Bishop of the Rose Pa r k 6 t h Ward, Stake President of the Salt Lake Grant Stake and a Counse lo r i n t he Kaysville East Stake Presidency. He cherished serving as a n Or dina nc e Worker in the Bountiful Utah Temple with his wife, Dorothy . On e of His greatest desires was to be remembered as a faithful home te acher .

Russell was fulfilled in his professional career and enjoyed the privi l e g e of diverse experiences. He taught school in the Granite School Di st ri ct, worked as the Personnel Director for Associated Foods as well a s M an agi ng Director of Personnel for The Church of Jesus Christ of Lat ter- Da y Sai nts. One of his greatest accomplishments was serving as ASP A (Am eri can So ciety for Public Administration) president in 1976. Late r in h is c areer, he went into business for himself and started a consul ting bu sine ss, Wi lliams Associates.

Russell loved sports. He was an avid fan of the University of Utah's f o o t ball and basketball teams. He had season tickets for many years an d r ar el y missed a game. He truly was "A Utah Man".

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Keith, sister Marie , d a u ghter Jeannette, his in-laws Howard and LaRue Russell and many ot he r fa mi ly and friends. He is survived by his spouse, Dorothy, his chi ldr en Gr an t (Sandy), David, Jeff (Laura) and Jan (Neal) Smith, 10 gran dchi ldren, fi ve great grandchildren, and another soon to be born.

They made their home in Delta. Rut h wa s a member of the LDS Church. Served many years as primary teacher a nd i n the scouting program. Good with youth and also volunteered with Am erica n Legion Jr. Auxiliary and was a "mom" at Girl's State. Loved peopl e an d enjoyed company of all those she came into contact with. A hard wo rker , besides raising her family, worked in many different fields: cashi er, s eamstress, security guard and her most favorite, telephone operato r for C ontinental Phone. "Keeper of the holidays" and loved celebratin g each one , her flower garden was exceptional and people drove by just t o catch a g limpse. Wonderful seamstress, gardener, and cook. Whatever sh e set her mi nd to achieve, she did well. Very creative; made many beauti ful outfits f or her daughters. Sacrifices of her time and talents are re vered by her l oving daughters and husband. Her father honored her by nam ing "Ruth Stree t" in Carson City, Nevada after her. Member of the Americ an Legion Auxili ary for 50+ years and instilled patriotism in all her ch ildren. Survive d by husband: Carl J. Ruth Bock, age 88, of Spring Valley, Wisconsin died Tuesday, February 2 0 , 2007, at the Heritage of Elmwood Nursing Home, Elmwood, Wisconsin.

Ruth Mildred Betterley was born April 3, 1918 to Joseph Whipple Betterl e y and his wife, Clara (Abel) Betterley. She was born in the village o f El mwood, Wisconsin on Scott Street where she grew to womanhood. As a s mal l child, she was baptized at the Methodist Episcopal Church by Rev. B lish . She attended Sunday School there from grades one through twelve an d wa s a member of the youth organizations and choir. She was confirmed i n 193 2 by Rev. Samuel Beers.
After attending the Elmwood School she graduated with the Elmwood High S c hool Class of 1936. The following year, along with several of her class ma tes, she attended the newly installed Shorthand Class at the Elmwood S cho ol. The following school year she attended Rasmussen Business Schoo l in S t. Paul, Minnesota, taking the Secretarial Course.
In June of 1938 Ruth became engaged to Lawrence William Bock of Hatchvil l e. They were untied in marriage the following year on June 12, 1939 b y Re v. Nulton, at the Elmwood Methodist Church. They made their home o n the B ock Farm near Hatchville. Two beloved sons were born to this unio n: Davi d Jerome and Jeffrey Glen.
Before her marriage and some time after she substituted in the Elmwood C r eamery Office. Ruth loved school, genealogy, working with figures, poem s , books and music. She especially loved the two years of Latin she too k i n high school, which left her with a life-long interest in the huge p erce ntage of English words derived from Latin.
Treasured memories of growing up in the little village of Elmwood stay e d with Ruth her entire lifetime.
Preceding her in death were her parents; half brother Vernice Schill; br o thers: Melvin and Ralph Betterley; sister-in-law Jane Betterley; nephe w J oe Betterley.
Survivors include her husband Lawrence Bock of Spring Valley; 2 sons: Da v id (Lori) Bock of Minong, Wisconsin; and Jeff (Nona) Bock of River Fall s ; 3 grandchildren: Jeremiah Bock and fiancé Cassidy Heaton; Jessica (Ni ck ) Sargent; and Jenny Bock; sister-in-law Alice Betterley of Iowa City , Io wa; nieces and nephews: Ann Marie (Jim) Donia of St. Charles, Illino is; N ancy (Mike) Maxwell of Mission Diego, California; Richard Betterle y of Bo ynton Beach, Florida; Sandy Mrozek of Long Prairie, Minnesota; an d Nola ( Clarence) Schuch of Madison, Wisconsin; other relatives and frie nds.
Visitation was on Thursday from 5-8 p.m. at Keehr Funeral Home, Spring V a lley. Funeral service was on Friday, February 23, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. a t S t. John's Lutheran Church-Hatchville of rural Spring Valley. Rev. Sha wn K auffeld officiated the service. Music was provided by organist Bar b Freib erg with congregational singing. Burial was in St. John's Luthera n Cemete ry, Weston Township, Pierce County, Wisconsin.
Pallbearers were Ruth's sons and their wives: David and Lori, and Jeff a n d Nona; and Ruth's niece Ann Marie and her husband Jim Donia.

Ruth Talbot 3/8/1917 ~ 7/30/2008 Ruth Western Talbot, age 91, died Wedne s day July 30, 2008 at the Millard Care Center in Delta. The 12t h chil d o f 13 born to John Henry and Musetta Palmer Western on March 8, 1917 i n De seret, UT. She married George Cluff Talbot on Sept. 5, 193 4 in th e Sal t Lake Temple. He died July 8, 1991.

Ruth was a staunch member of the LDS Church. Held many positions: Reli e f Society President (twice), Relief Society Counselor, Primary Counselo r , MIA Counselor, Hinckley Ward Choir Organist, Ward Organist, Ward Mus i c Director, Fund Raiser for the new Delta West Stake Center in Hinckle y . She and Cluff enjoyed temple work, and attended the temple often an d we re Stake Missionaries for several years.

Ruth loved music and touched many lives through her piano playing an d a s a music teacher. Ruth will be missed by all those who knew her. Sh e wa s a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Survived by children: Lyla Rae Morris, Delta; Sherlene (Hal) Evans, Panq u itch Lake; Car l Cluff "Butch" (Lorrillee) Talbot, Russell W. (Leslie ) Ta lbot, Marcia Ruth (Gary) Day, Enoch; 20 grandchildren, 48 great-gran dchil dren and 16 great-great grandchildren with three on the way. Ruth W. Skinner, 85, was born in Tooele, Utah December 6, 1932, died Jan u ary 2, 2018 at the
Utah Valley Regional Medical Center.

Ruth was the youngest of four children born to Malcolm Asa Walters and H a zel Agnes Parkinson (Bryan). She graduated from Roosevelt High School a n d from the LDS Seminary. For four and a half years she worked for Dr. D on ald G. Mantyla as a dental assistant in Roosevelt, Utah.

She met her husband, Rulon, on a blind date arranged by her Stake Presid e nt that lead to their marriage in the Salt Lake Temple on February 23,1 95 6.

They have five children: Kumen (Spanish Fork, Utah); Diane Holmes (Kenne t h) Orem, Utah; Susan Johnson (Doug) Temecula, California; Maria Dunn (P at rick) Hobbs, New Mexico; and Cheryl Ann Edler (Blake) Provo, Utah.

She was active in the LDS Church serving in various positions in Young W o men’s, Primary, and Relief Society. Most recently she enjoyed her servi c e as Visiting Teacher Supervisor in her ward. She and her husband serv e d three missions for the LDS Church: two at the Provo MTC and one in t h e Grandview 20th Ward (Spanish Speaking). She faithfully and lovingly s up ported her husband in all of his church service.

Ruth was an excellent homemaker. She enjoyed cooking and preparing beaut i ful dinners for family and friends. She loved owning beautiful things a n d would decorate her home in a warm inviting way, allowing all that ent er ed her home, to feel like family. Everything that she touched was fill e d with beauty, whether it was her needlepoint, canning, decorating he r ho me for the holidays, or visiting with family and friends.

Her smile warmed the heart of everyone who met her and her positive atti t ude never left her in spite of her years of pain. A dear friend said i t p erfectly, “she had a precocious twinkle in her eyes” that invited u s in t o her loving heart. She continued to bring happiness into the live s of ev eryone, even to the very end.

She is survived by her husband, her children and their spouses, 14 grand c hildren, and 17 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her p ar ents, sister, and two brothers.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, January 8th, at 11:00 am, at the G r andview Stake Center, 1122 Grand Avenue, Provo, Utah, where Viewings wi l l be held Sunday, January 7th form 6:30 to 8:00 pm and prior to servic e s on Monday from 9:30 to 10:30 am. Interment in Provo City Cemetery.

Ruth Wood King 1920 ~ 2010 Ruth Wood King, beloved wife, mother, grandmo t her, sister and friend, left this world peacefully on Tuesday, March 3 0 , 2010 in Ephraim, Utah at age 89.

Ruth was born in Spanish Fork on September 17, 1920 to Jenettie Stewar t W ood and James Morris Wood. She married Samuel Arthur King on Septembe r 27 , 1939 in the Manti Temple and recently celebrated their 70th weddin g ann iversary. Art and Ruth have four daughters: Ruth Diane King (Ron) , Kath y King Frischknecht (Steve), Judy King Larsen (Ned), and Peggy Kin g Kooym an (Keith). Ruth took great pride in her daughters and their acco mplishme nts, and was a devoted companion to her husband, Art. Ruth was k nown fo r her beautiful flower gardens, quilts, and was a wonderful homem aker. Sh e loved music, and could play the piano by ear.

Ruth is survived by her loving and caring husband, Art; four daughters ; 1 5 grandchildren; 39 great-grand-Children; four great-great-grand-chil dren ; and sister, Ellen Wood Koser.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Violet Larsen , D orthella Dunkley, Florence Shepherd, three brothers, Eugene, Earl, an d De an, and a young sibling. Funeral services will be held on Friday, Ap ril 2 nd at Noon at the Ephraim 3rd Ward, 400 East Center. Salt Lake businessman and civic leader Soren Morgan Sorensen died Saturd a y, Sept. 9, 1989, in a traffic accident. He was 77.

Mr. Sorensen, a native of Ephraim, was co-owner of South East Furnitur e C o. in Sugar House where he worked for more than 50 years as vice pres iden t and erchandise manager. His expertise in merchandising, marketin g and c onsumer preference was recognized nationally by the furniture ind ustry. H e served as president of the Utah Furniture Association, the Uta h Retai l Merchants Association and the Utah Council of Retailers, and wa s name d Utah Furniture Retailer of the Year.

Nationally, he served as senior vice president of the National Home Furn i shing Association and served on the board of directors for several year s . He was also a consultant to national furniture manufacturers.

Mr. Sorensen also served on the Board of Governors of the Salt Lake Ar e a Chamber of Commerce and was a board member of the Salt Lake Area Unit e d Fund. He also was a charter member of the Sugar House Kiwanis Club a n d served on the board of the Utah Chapter of the American Red Cross.

The Sorensen family will receive visitors Wednesday, 7-9 p.m., at 520 Ma n -O-War Road in Bloomington, Washington County.

The funeral will be Friday, Sept. 15, at noon in the Larkin Mortuary Cha p el, 260 E. South Temple. Friends may call from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Burial will be in the Kaysville City Cemetery.

Salt Lake City, UT-Paul Stott, 95, passed away Sept. 6, 2013. He was bo r n March 6, 1918 to William and Arlie Grant Stott in Duchene, Utah. He g re w up in the Uinta Basin and graduated from Roosevelt High School. Pau l sp ent time in the CCC Camp in the Soapstone Area. He joined the Army a nd sp ent time in North Africa and the Mediterranean area. He was honorab ly dis charged Dec. 2, 1945.

Paul married Rose Newbold December 1, 1947 in the Salt Lake Temple. Pa u l was an active member of the LDS Church and faithfully served in man y ca llings.
He spent 25 years as a Service Station Operator and Mechanic. He attend e d the U of U and graduated with a degree in English Literature at the a g e of 71. Paul and Rose spent ten wonderful years managing the PMAA Poli c e Target Range and then he was a substitute teacher well into his 80's.

Paul lived life energetically, always making friends and lifting other s . He was a wonderful husband and father and will be missed by those wh o k now him.
Paul is survived by his wife of 65 years, Rose; his children Larry (Caro l ) Stott, Mary (Jeff) Bernard, and Gayle (Dale) Hampton; 12 Grandchildr e n and 22 Great Grandchildren; sisters, June Hayden and Vera Millet. H e i s preceded in death by his father and mother; brothers, Grant, Glen , Mark , Luke, Arden and Frank; and sister, Ruth Holmes.

She raised her children to be a large and close family. She shared the l o ve of out-doors and hunting with her family. Member of the LDS Church . Sh e had a great sense of humor, unconditional love and great sense o f adven ture. She was a great cook and truly loved all her children and g reat-gra ndchildren. Her talent in sewing and crocheting was unparalleled . She mad e wedding dresses for many of her children and grandchildren. S he was eve rybody's best friend. She wanted to experience everything lif e had to off er.

Sandra was born April 14, 1942 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She attended We s t high School and the University of Utah., receiving a Bachelor’s Degr e e in Elementary Education. Sandra taught school for a few years befor e ma rrying Steven LeRoy Noyce in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on August 24 , 196 5 and devoting her life to being a wonderful wife and mother.

Sandra was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-d a y Saints throughout her life. She served as a Stake missionary in Sal t La ke City prior to her marriage, and as a teacher, counselor, music ch orist er, pianist and Ward and Stake Relief Society President. Her love f or peo ple and music permeated her life and touched countless lives.

Sandra was an avid reader and always enjoyed a good mystery story. She t a ught piano in her home for many years, helping to foster a love of mus i c in the hearts of many children. She loved to sew and created beautif u l dresses for her daughter and granddaughters- as well as patching an d re pairing torn pant knees for her sons during their youth.

She is survived by her sister, Patricia Lloyd (Max), her daughter, Suzan n e Garrett, her four sons: Steven (Lisa), Scott (Frances), Samuel (Sheri da ) and Sidney, her seven grandchildren: Steven F. (Makenzie), Trisha(Ty son ) Pulsipher, Jacob, Parker, Jessica, Brinley, Sierra and two great-gr andc hildren: Cooper and Oliver Noyce.

She was also a n avid pen guin collector and enjoyed displaying her collection to visito rs. She ha d just recently celebrated her 45th wedding anniversary with h usband, Al.

Floris was the oldest of four children her sisters are Dayle Duncan Whi t e (Clyde), Anna Jo Wayne (John), Edna Ruth Hilton (Keith. Floris is sur vi ved by her 2 daughters Lia Haile (son: Anthony Haile) and Elizabeth Ha il e (children: Maylene Edna Martinez, Porfie Floyd Martinez, and Esperan z a Diane Martinez), and 5 great grandchildren. She is preceded in deat h b y her husband Alton Bertine Haile, father Floyd E. Duncan and mothe r Edn a Bennett Duncan.
Floris attended Hawthorne Elementary, Bryant Junior High and East High s c hool. After graduating from nursing school with a CNA, she worked i n a ca re center helping residents.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints an d s erved as a missionary in the Great Lakes Mission. After she returne d fro m her mission she met her husband Alton and they were married for a lmos t 40 years. Before he passed away they were sealed in the Jordan Riv er Te mple. She remained active until she passed away having a strong tes timon y and faith in her Savior Jesus Christ. She loved religious hymns a nd wou ld sing them in her mind as well as repeat her favorite scriptures .
Floris was a very kind person to all, and very forgiving. She was trul y t hankful to anyone that helped her in anyway. She made friends easil y wit h those that she met and was always cheerful even though she had ma ny str uggles in life. Her Branch President said that she would be trul y misse d in the Sandy Regional Care Center. The family would like to tha nk all t hose that served her in the care center for the past three years . She fou nd it enjoyable to be there and had friends and caregivers to a ssociate w ith.

Sandy, Utah - H. Maurice (Maury) Ballif, husband, father, grandfather, b r other, uncle, friend, athlete, outdoorsman, passed away peacefully on S at urday, December 15. Maurice passed peacefully surrounded by loved ones . H e was 84 years old.

Maury was born April 2, 1934, to Howard Maurice Ballif and Madge Peters o n Ballif in Boise, Idaho. He was the oldest of four children. He wa s a fa ithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints . He serv ed in the Swiss Austria mission, where he developed a love of l anguages a nd culture.

A self-taught musician, Maury could pick up almost any instrument and pl a y by ear.

He was a graduate of Brigham Young University where he lettered in tenn i s -his lifelong sport. Maury also served in the United States Air Force .

Maury married Pauline Richardson on January 25, 1963. They have six chil d ren. They served two service missions for the Church of Jesus Christ o f L atter-day Saints.

He is survived by his wife Pauline, and children Heidi Walker (Nico), Me l inda Odencrantz (George), Scott (Amanda), Paul (Tina), Matt (Joni), And re a Martinez (Ray), 25 grandchildren, brothers John Paul (Donna-Deceased ) , Barr (Rowena), and sister Margot (Larry).

He is preceded in death by his parents, granddaughter Joanna, nephew Ma r k and niece Mimi.

A public viewing will be held Friday, December 28, from 6:00-8:00 pm a t t he Cameo Park Ward, 8945 South 1700 East, Sandy, Utah. Saturday, Dece mbe r 29, the funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am at the sam e loca tion. A viewing will precede the services from 9:30-10:30 am. Sara F. Ashby 47 of Rupert passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at her ho m e. Sara was born December 26, 1968 to George William Fisher and Lynett e M attingly Fisher. She was married to David Lynn Ashby for 25 years. Sa ra g rew up in Prih and went to school at the College of Eastern Utah whe re sh e earned her Associates degree she then went on to Utah State Unive rsit y and earned her Bachelors in Communicative Disorders. She lived i n Loga n while attending school and while David finished his schooling. S ara an d David then moved to Idaho City, then Wells, Nevada, and Rupert , Idaho . Sara enjoyed working in the elementary school systems.

She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints an d s pent a lot of time in primary and loved the children, most recently s he s erved in the Young Women. Sara loved cross stitching and sewing clot hes f or her girls, she loved spending time with her family.

Sara is survived by her husband David Lynn Ashby, children Nathan Dale ( K elsey Jackson), Naomi and Neena Ashby, Sister Laura Oman and niece Kat i e Hirschi. She is preceded in death by her parents.

Siblings Truman, Jacquelyn, Nathan, and Bruce. H e gra duated from East High. He served in the Eastern States Mission 1949 -195 0 of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was drafte d int o the US Army 1951 - 1953 – CIC, stationed in Philadelphia. He marr ied Ma rilyn Martin, October 7, 1952 in the Salt Lake Temple and togethe r they r aised five children. They lived the philosophy that “eternity i s now.” H e graduated from the University of Utah, BA and MBA. They move d to Glenda le/La Crescenta, CA where he established a successful caree r in the banki ng/savings & loan business. He would say that “banking isn ’t about money ; it’s about people.” Along with his family, he prioritize d a life of ser vice in the Church; serving as a Bishop twice, Counselo r in two Stake Pre sidencies, Tennessee Nashville Mission President 199 0 - 1993, and Seale r in the Los Angeles and San Diego Temples. His consi stency and fidelit y to principle and faith were hallmarks of his great c haracter. After hi s wife passed in 1998, he married Marilynn Jones Maw i n 1999. They serve d two missions together in the Kona Hawaii Temple an d the Missionary Depa rtment. He then served many years as a Sealer in th e St. George temple. T hey both considered this the “dessert” portion o f life. Serge spent his l ife interested in other people, loved getting t o know people and was love d in return. Funeral services for John W. Richardson, 84, of Olney Springs, were he l d Wednesday, March 10 at 2 p.m. at Crist Funeral Home in Fowler. Richa rd son died Saturday, March 6th at Denver General Hospital where he was t ran sferred from Pioneers Memorial Hospital in Rocky Ford by Rocky Ford a mbul ance.
He was born October 17, 1891 in Kansas and was employed as a mechanic a n d construction worker until his retirement.
Officiat[ing at] the funeral service was the Rev. Guy Botkin of the Fir s t Methodist Church of Fowler. Organ meditations were played by Mrs. Pa ul ette Griffy.
Casketbearers were Ed Suher, Ed Baker, Irwin Mosier, Buck McCleary, Bo b M illholin and Cecil Galbraith. Burial was in Olney Springs Cemetery.

Mrs. Birks was born June 6, 1898, at Provo, Utah, to Sarah Amanda Conr a d and John Quinney Whipple. In 1905 she moved with her family to Emmet t , where she was reared and educated. She married Orval Edwin Birks Mar c h 19, 1921, in Boise and their marriage was solemnized in the Logan LD S T emple in 1929. In 1925, they moved to Melba and then to Nampa in 1942 . Sh e was a longtime member of the LDS Church, having been involved in t he Na mpa 3rd Ward for many years. At the time of her death, she was a me mber o f the Nampa 11th Ward and of the Nampa RSVP .

Shannon married Mara Neils on on D ecember 8, 1990. Mara was killed in an automobile accident in Jan uary o f 1991. Shannon spent many years at NDSU in the Mechanical Enginee ring De partment, a position he loved and called his real career.

He married Irina Sokolova in a family ceremony in Russia on November 2 5 , 2005 and a civil US ceremony in Fargo on January 14, 2006 where he we lc omed Irina's daughter Anya into his family. Shannon and Irina's son Ch arl es Danyl was born August 12, 2006.

Sharon Kaye Duncan Hebdon, 72, hopped in the truck with her youngest s o n and she left this life on Tuesday, July 5, 2016.

She was born March 25, 1944 in Pasa Robles, California to William Kenne t h and Gwendolyn Whatcott Duncan. She was the oldest of three children . Sh erie grew up in the Orem/Provo area and graduated from Orem High Sch ool a nd LDS Seminary in 1962. She worked as an information operator fo r Mounta in Bell Telephone.

Sherie married her junior high sweetheart, Randy I. Hebdon on November 1 3 , 1964 and was later sealed in the Ogden Temple May 1974. After their m ar riage they moved to California and welcomed their first daughter. Upo n mo ving back to Utah, they added three more children to their family. S heri e also took a job at Hill Air Force Base in data processing. Randy a nd Sh erie made their home in Sunset, Utah where they resided at the tim e of he r death.

Sherie was a very patient, accepting and loving person. She welcomed s o m any people into her home and all were accepted for who they were. Wit h Ra ndy being a long haul truck driver, Sherie embraced the role of a tr ucker 's wife and with it instilled a love of traveling in her children.

She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints an d s erved as both Primary and Relief Society President, Primary and Relie f So ciety teacher and a Visiting Teaching Supervisor. Sherie served as P TA Pr esident the same time she was pregnant with her youngest son. She w as ver y proud of this fact.

Mom was always available for 3am phone calls with a listening ear, or re a dy to share new music she had found. She supported her children in eve r y aspect of their lives, going to great lengths to make sure they kne w ho w much she loved and cared for each of them. Sherie loved animals, t ravel ing with her husband and had a great love for music and reading. I t had a lways been her dream to become a librarian.

Sharon is survived by her husband, Randy, her daughters, Shelly Stiffl e r (Rob) of Saratoga Springs, Utah; Andra (Ryan) Thorne of Clearfield, U ta h; one son, Sean Hebdon (Kodi Hendricks) of Sunset, Utah; and one sist er , Pat Patterson and her family of Springville, Utah. She is also survi ve d by her grandchildren, Wesley, Braden, Shaylee, RyLeigh, Duncan, Amyl ee , Kayden, Faith and Kira. She was preceded in death by her son, Ryan I . H ebdon, her brother, Gary Duncan and her parents .

She married Jesse Gale Downs on April 13, 1949, in Roberts. Their marria g e was solemnized in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. She drove the school b u s in Hamer for many years. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Chri s t of Latter-day Saints. She served as Sunday school teacher and camp di re ctor in the Rigby Stake. Dorothy enjoyed dancing, crocheting, quilting , c ooking, traveling throughout the U.S. and Alaska and flower gardening .

Survivors include her husband; children, Sherry Hope, Glenda Downs, Conn i e Downs and Julie Conrad, all of Idaho Falls, and Farrel Downs of Hame r ; siblings, LaRae Peacok of Idaho Falls and Harry Rawson of St. Anthon y ; 19 grandchildren; and 33 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in dea t h by her parents, two brothers, three sisters, one son and one great-gr an dson.

She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She r ry enjoyed crocheting and crafting. She loved doing karaoke, graphic ed it ing and working on computers.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one older brother, Zane.

Sherwin Joseph Atkinson, 83, died June 30, 2012, at the Heritage Hom e i n Preston, Idaho. He was born on Mother's Day, May 12, 1929, in Dayto n, I daho, to Mabel Deem Law and Earl Joseph Atkinson. He was the fourt h i n a family of five children. He married Elva Kerr on Friday, the 13t h o f December, 1963, in the Logan LDS Temple.

Sherwin attended elementary school in Dayton, high school in Weston unt i l that school was destroyed by fire, then finished high school in Clift on . He graduated from high school and seminary in May of 1947. He serve d i n the Central Atlantic States mission from June 1950 to June 1952.

He graduated from Utah State Agricultural College (USU) with a degre e i n poultry husbandry and worked for three years as a research assistan t i n Poultry Husbandry at Western Washington Experiment Station in Puyal lup , Wash., then later as a research associate in Poultry Husbandry at U ta h State University until he retired in 1992.

Sherwin was active in the LDS Church, serving as a home teacher and Sund a y School teacher for many years. He received the Master M-Man award an d w as Scoutmaster for more than 10 years. He was financial clerk in th e Dayt on Ward for 11 years.

Sherwin is survived by his wife, Elva; by Ivan Joseph (Virginia) Atkins o n of Lincoln City, Ore.; Linda Kerr (Blaine) Norris of West Fielding, U ta h; Elva Diane (John) Malmquist of Nibley, Utah; 12 grandchildren; an d thr ee great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; b y a bro ther, Melvin; sisters, Erline (Walter LeGrand) Whipple, Joyce Atk inson, a nd Frances Myrtle (Henry) Berghout; and by a grandson, Arland No rris.

Shirlene Greenhalgh Black, 70, loving wife, mother, grandmother, siste r , and friend, passed away on New Year's Eve 2013 in Provo Utah. Her la s t days were of happy times spent with her loving family at her Kanosh h om e over the Christmas holiday.

Born to Valate Stott and James Lynn Greenhalgh in Meadow, Utah, she wa s r aised on a small farm with five sisters.

On December 21, 1963, she jumped at the chance to leave the small town f a rm life and married Richard Kimball Black in Meadow, Utah. They lived a n d raised three loving boys in West Jordan, Utah, for over thirty years , w here she gained many friends.

After working for many years as an executive secretary, raising three bo y s, and supporting her husband as a firefighter, she found her love an d pa ssion as a crafter. She would woodwork, toll paint, and create man y fanta stic items with her hands. She loved to decorate and create art f or the h ome. Mom also loved her animals, often having a dog and multipl e cats a t the same time.

In 2004, Shirlene and Richard built their dream home in Kanosh, Utah. Ka n osh became more than a home, and Shirlene found a family in the communi t y which she loved. She will be loved and missed.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Valate; father, Lynn; and siste r , Faye. She is survived by her husband, Richard; sons, Troy (Beth), Ker r y (Meghan), and Ryan (Radonna); grandchildren, Alyssa, Bracken, JT, Mad ie , Dallin, Calvin, Brayden, Skylie, and Cash; and sisters, Udine, Carol yn , Donna, and Raelynn.

A viewing will be held from 10:00-11:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 4, 20 1 4 in the LDS Church in Kanosh, Utah. In case of inclement weather, serv ic es will be at the Kanosh LDS Church at the same times.

Shirley Anderson Benson, Bush, Madsen, 85, of Idaho Falls, passed away S a turday, August 8, 2015, at her home at Lincoln Court of natural causes . S he was under the care of Alliance Home Health and Hospice.

She was born August 17, 1929, in Menan, Idaho, the daughter of Clifton A n derson and Ruth Buck Anderson. She grew up and attended school in Ameri ca n Falls. In 1947, she graduated from American Falls High School.

On June 16, 1947, she married Harold Eames Benson. Their marriage was pe r formed by Ezra Taft Benson in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Harold passed a wa y July 20, 1948. On November 1, 1956, she married William “Bill” Bush . H e passed away January 7, 1976. On September 16, 1989, she married Mil to n C. Madsen in Idaho Falls. He passed away January 8, 1999.

She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints whe r e she served in the ward and stake Sunday school, ward Primary, Relie f So ciety and Mutual Improvement Association now known as the Young Wome n’s o rganization. She and her husband, Milton served in the Tennessee Ke ntuck y Mission for two years from 1990-1992.

Shirley sang in many programs, and directed musical programs at Lincol n C ourt.

She worked as the manager of Orange Julius in the Country Club Mall, a n d owned and operated Shirley’s Country Crafts and Wedding Catering busi ne ss.

Her greatest joy in life was being a wife, mother, and homemaker.

A statement from Shirley concerning her testimony: “My testimony is stro n g and healthy. . . I am at peace with My Father in Heaven. I thank Hi m fo r all that I have . . . and that is a lot!”

She is survived by the following:

Shirley Ann (Stratton) Jones, beloved wife to Jack (d. 1952) and Sam ( d . 1992) and cherished mother to Jan, Dalton, LeiAnne, and Tim (d. 2003 ) a nd best friend to all she knew, died Saturday, April 7, 2012.

Shirley was a native Arizonan, born in May 27, 1927, in Show Low and liv e d most of her life in the White Mountains. She fulfilled her life’s amb it ion for nearly 50 years as a nurse and then nurse practitioner. The la s t 30s of her career she worked in Whiteriver, caring for the Apache peo pl e she loved so dearly. Shirley never met a stranger. Within minutes o f me eting someone she was getting your story and learning all about you , wher e you were from, who your parents were, how many children you have , etc . and then before you knew it you were being invited to dinner at h er hou se. Then she would call regularly just to make sure you were OK. “ She gen uinely thought of her friends as a gift that she needed to cheris h and nu rture, but we all knew she was the real gift to us.”

Shirley’s family loved her beyond words or measure, and will miss her fo r ever. Her husbands, Homer Jackson Howard Jr., Sam B. Jones Jr., and a s o n Tim C. Jones preceded her in death.

She is survived by three of her children: Janice Lynne (Howard Jones) Br e nner and her husband Richard of Tucson, and their two children Tony o f Ba ltimore, Md. and Beth also of Tucson, Dalton Jones and his wife Kell ey o f Arvada, Colo., and their two children Lauren and Kyle of Ft. Colli ns, C olo., and LeiAnne Jones, of Phoenix. She is also survived by her tw o sist ers, Erna (Stratton) Cates of Winslow, and LaJuana Stratton of Mes a, an d her two brothers, Phil Z. Stratton and his wife Donna of Mesa, an d Le w Doyle Stratton, and his wife Sandi, of Escondido, Calif., as wel l as ma ny, many Stratton, Whipple, Jones and Howard in-laws, nieces, nep hews, an d cousins as well as her many long-time friends. Shirley’s famil y would l ike to thank everyone for their thoughts, prayers and kind word s. We hav e always loved Shirley, but to come to know how many people sh e touched w ith her kindness, her love and heartfelt passion for helpin g others make s the deep sorrow we feel a little less painful.

1848 Obituary:
St. George Utah – Ben Call Marler, 79 years old, passed away, Thursday , S eptember 20, 2007. He was born January 15, 1928 just minutes before h is t win sister, in Kansas City, Missouri to Vesa Call and Ezra L. Marler . H e married the love of his life, Annette Pierce Marler, November 7, 19 52 i n the Salt Lake Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day S aints .

Ben lived in Independence, and grew up on Pleasant Street, (ironically t h is was reflected in his whole countenance), until he left to attend Bri gh am Young University. He served three missions for The Church of Jesu s Chr ist of Latter-day Saints. The first mission, as a young man was t o the Ce ntral States. The next mission was with his companion and sweeth eart, Ann ette. As a couple, they served a leadership mission to the Libe rty Stak e in Salt Lake City, Utah. Then, fulfilling a lifelong dream the y serve d a third mission to the Nashville, Tennessee mission. Seeking re tirement , they moved to St. George Utah. Shortly thereafter, Ben was cal led to se rve as the first Bishop of the newly formed Morningside 2nd War d. Ben att ended BYU and the University of Tennessee. He received his Bac helors Degr ee from BYU. Ben was a great patriot and loved his country, h e served i n Korea with the United States Army. Ben and Annette have resi ded in Sal t Lake City Utah, Grand Junction Colorado, Harriman Tennessee , and St. Ge orge Utah.

Ben loved to plan trips! He loved to travel and has traveled through o u t the United States, to England, Scotland, Ireland, Canada, Korea and C os ta Rica. Ben's sense of humor and memory were legendary. He has a joke , o r story for almost every situation. Ben's life was filled with consta nt , unconditional and enduring love and service to his wife, Annette, hi s f amily, and to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and th e ma ny friends whom he cherished. Every community in which Ben and Annet te re sided benefitted from his hard work and dedication to making a diff erenc e in the world. He and Annette never knew a stranger, they love t o have v isitors and company, everyone who walks through their door feel s welcome… he never missed an opportunity to invite people to their home , and everyo ne who calls the house hears his message, "We'll leave the l ight on for y ou!"

He is survived by his wife, Annette Pierce Marler, St. George, UT, daugh t er, Shahara Ann Marler Davis, Salt Lake City, UT, grandchildren: Keish a L eigh Davis Weight (Kevin), Mesa, AZ, Kjord Ben Davis, Los Angeles, CA , Ki mball Jared Davis, Salt Lake City, UT, Kambria Keara Davis, Salt Lak e Cit y, UT, great-grandchildren: Braxton Petersen Davis, Salt Lake City , UT, J ackson Ben Weight, Mesa AZ, twin sister, Gwen Barney (Dean), Sal t Lake Ci ty, UT, Ramon Sanft and family. Preceded in death by parents, E zra & Ves a Marler, OC Marler, Mary Howard, Chester Marler, Kenneth Marle r, and Bet ty Dalby.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, September 24, 2007 at the Mornings i de 2nd Ward, 879 S. River Rd. Interment will take place in the Tonaqui n t Cemetery, St. George, Utah.

St. George, UT, Maxine Carter Freeman passed away in her sleep Saturd a y , November 12, 2011, in St. George, UT. She was born August 11, 192 4 , i n St. George, UT to Donald and LaPrele Carter. Maxine was marri e d t o Ma x Gentry, also of St. George, who preceded her in death in 197 7 . Sh e late r married Gene Freeman of Idaho, also preceding her in dea t h in 19 96.

Maxine raised and is survived by her two beautiful and talented girl s , J o lene (Kent) Rex of Chicago, Illinois and Janis Goates (Hal) of Sa l t La k e City, Utah. Her girls were the pride and joy of her life and s h e alwa y s wanted to know where they were and how they were doing. A ve r y socia l a nd loving person, Maxine found it easy to make and keep fri en ds, a ra re t alent these days. Maxine was a loving Mother, Grandmothe r , and Grea t Gran dmother. She always lent a listening ear and found ti m e to be by a nybody’ s side who needed her help.

1850 Obituary:
St. George, Utah - Gale Duane "Breeze" Stewart, age 82, passed away Thur s day, January 11, 2007, at his home. He was born April 1, 1924, in Hinck le y, Utah, to Nephi Richard and Hilma Pearson Stewart. He married Elden e Ha ll in 1950 in the St. George Temple.

Breeze was a veteran of World War II and the Korean Conflict in the Arm y . After completing his service to his county, he returned to St. Georg e a nd worked at the post office until his retirement in 1984.

Breeze had many church callings and served two full-time missions with h i s wife. He and Eldene also spent many years working in the temple, incl ud ing 16 years as ordinance workers. He enjoyed participating in sports , co aching and watching his children and grandchildren play.

Breeze is survived by his wife, Eldene; children, Chuck (Cindy) Stewar t o f Santa Clara, Stan (Kathryn) Stewart of Cedar City, Shelley Stewar t of S alt Lake City, and Lisa (Joe) Manumaleuna of St. George; 23 grandc hildren ; and 11 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his par ents; br others, Eric, Eldon, Pete, Max, and Merrill; sisters Gladys, Gol da, and L eta; and a great-granddaughter.

Funeral services will be held Monday, January 15, 2007, 11:00 a.m. , a t t h e St. George 5th & 6th Ward Chapel, 85 South 400 East, St. Geor ge , UT. Visitations will be Sunday, January 14, 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Spi lsb ury Mortuary, 110 South Bluff Street, St. George, and again on Monday , 9 : 30 to 10:30 a.m. prior to services at the St. George City Cemetery.
