      Obituary:
      Bountiful - James White Jr., passed away June 8, 1997 in
      Bountiful,Utah at the age of 87. He was born June 7, 1910, the son of James White, Sr. and Ellen Landeen. He married Margot Lund, June 11, 1930 in Ogden, Utah. James was retired from the U.S. Navy as a Commander, from which he received the purple heart. He was a member of the Elks and the LDS Church.

      He is survived by his wife, Margot; son, Clyde L. White;
      daughter, Eleanor J. Hart; eight grandchildren; 10
      greatgrandchildren; brother, Guy L. White; stepbrother, Harvey Crosby and half sister, Barbara Orlandos.

      Graveside services will be held Thursday, June 12, 1997 at 10 a.m. inthe Bountiful City Cemetary, 2224 South 200 West. Friends may call Wednesday, June 11 from 6-8 p.m. and Thursday, 9:15-9:45 a.m. at Lindquist's Bountiful Mortuary, 727 No. 400 East. Internment, Bountiful City Cemetery with military honors by D.A.V. and American Legion.

      In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Primary Childrens Medical Center.
